Each November is National Diabetes Awareness month, and The Heart of Diabetes wants you to understand the critical connection between type 2 diabetes and your heart. Heart disease and stroke are the No. 1 causes of death and disability among people with type 2 diabetes.

To extend the reach of our message this month and throughout the year, we have teamed up with diabetes bloggers and experts from around the country. This Connected Council is helping us spread the word about the connection between diabetes and heart disease.
